Steven E. Alford

Steven's areas of research include early German and English Romanticism, Film Criticism and Theory, and American Literature, in particular the Contemporary American Novel and the work of Paul Auster.

Steven Alford & Suzanne Ferriss

We are both professors emeriti at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Together we have published on the intersection of motorcycles and culture. Our book Motorcycle appeared in 2008 and An Alternative History of Bicycles and Motorcycles in 2016.

Suzanne Ferriss

Suzanne's areas of research include Romantic and Modernist literature, literary criticism, gender theory, and cultural studies. She has published on fashion, women's literature and popular film.
